Sketchup Resources

I use Sketchup for Timber Frame Design and have written several plugins to make timber frame design easier. They are available on the Sketchup Extension Warehouse. 

Here are some example files and libraries that you may find useful:

• Example Model - a full timber frame model of a simple cabin, including all the joinery.

• FS Timbers -  a library of Full-Size timbers that you can import into your models.

• Shop Drawings Layout Template - A Layout Template to get you started with Shop Drawings in Layout.

The whole folder of shared resources is here, and contains example spline joints, shortcut keys, etc.

If you are still rocking SU17, Trimble has now blocked your access to the extension warehouse.  But you can still install my extensions by downloading rbz files.  You can find them here.  You can still visit the extension warehouse website to get the details about the extensions, but you can't download them without a current account.
